Studio Guidelines
Late Policy
Please arrive 10 minutes before class. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, unfortunately, you won’t be able to join the class. This is not just to respect
everyone’s time but also because arriving late means missing the proper warm-up and stretching, which can be a liability for your safety.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than 12 hours before class, a $30 fee will apply.
Phone Policy
We kindly ask that phones be silenced and kept away during the 50- minute class to ensure a focused and peaceful environment for everyone. You’re welcome to take photos before or after class. If you anticipate needing to check your phone for an emergency, please inform the instructor beforehand.
Locker Room
Lockers and cubbies are available at both locations for your convenience.
Instructor & Schedule Changes
Instructors and classes may change without notice; check our app or website for updates.
Membership Termination
After the 90-day commitment, you can cancel your membership anytime with written notice to info@figuemadera.com.
Return Policy
All service sales are final and non-refundable.
Lost Property
We’re not responsible for lost or stolen items; please contact us as soon as possible if you’ve misplaced something.
Age Requirement
Guests must be at least 16 years old, and those under 18 need parental consent on the liability waiver.
Discrimination Policy
